Great Value, Delicious Pizzas at Ottos

Posted 2 Sep 2010

An old school friend once told me that pepperoni pizza was the ultimate meal – you’ve got your carbs (dough base), your protein (pepperoni), your fat (cheese) and your vegetables (tomato sauce). I’m not even particularly paraphrasing, she genuinely believed this. As somebody who hates pizza I found it hard to swallow (both figuratively and literally).

Then I discovered Otto Pizza (6 Chepstow Road, Notting Hill) whose American-West-Coast-discovered cornmeal crust pizzas really do make eating them seem like the perfect meal. Gone are the days of bloating and post-pizza fatigue, instead bite into this delicious crunchy dream of a slice with crazy imaginative (and tasty!) toppings. Better still, only two or three slices will have you fuller than a whole pizza from leading competitors, and at £3.50/slice or £10/half that really is value for your money.
