Free Outdoor Films: The Hurt Locker
There’s nothing more perfect on a Summer evening than a Free outdoor film screening of well loved flicks. The Scoop’s free screenings event runs from 15 Sept- 01 Oct 2010 with recent favourites including Up in the Air, The Kite Runner & Dirty Dancing.
The films are open air so everyone can watch, just find a spot, settle down and don’t forget to bring your popcorn! Check before you go though as screenings might be cancelled if it’s raining!
On Weds 22nd Sept, watch Multi Oscar winner, The Hurt Locker which tells the tale of an elite army bomb squad unit in Iraq who must come together in a city where everyone is a potential enemy and every object could be a deadly bomb. (2009, 130 mins, US, Cert 15)
